My Story
Welcome to my world of creativity and innovation
I’m Laila Khan, a passionate educator and creative entrepreneur with a Master’s degree in Islamic Studies and over a decade of experience in the digital world.
My journey began in 2012 with a simple typing job, marking the start of my freelancing career. I’ve worked with renowned writers like Nemrah Ahmed and Farhat Ishtiaq, managing their social media accounts, websites, and providing graphic design services. From 2012 to 2022, I actively contributed to Nemrah Ahmed’s Facebook page and even designed product visuals for Zanjabeel by Bookstore.
I’ve also had the privilege of creating subscription box designs for Tehreem Ranjha and offering customer support and website management for Taalib-e-Quran for four years. These experiences have not only honed my skills but also given me the opportunity to work with diverse clients and projects.
In 2020, I won the Ehsaas Kifalat Program logo competition by the Government of Pakistan, which was a significant milestone in my career. This achievement boosted my confidence and motivated me to launch my own online institute, GraphyD GraphyD Skills, where I could share my knowledge and skills with others.
I come from a small, underprivileged area, and I deeply understand how limited opportunities can be for girls from low-income backgrounds. This very realization led me to lay the foundation of GraphyD – so that such girls can build their skills and become financially independent.
For the past 5 years, I’ve been successfully training students in graphic design and advanced digital skills, empowering them to earn through their talent. With 4+ years of professional teaching experience and authentic success stories, I continue to inspire learners to turn their creativity into a career. For me, design is not just art – it’s a skill that opens doors to countless opportunities.
Since 2020, I’ve also been sharing motivational content on my social media platforms. Writing is my passion, and I often express thoughts on human emotions, life’s realities, and our connection with ALLAH. Through my words, I aim to encourage personal growth as humans and spiritual growth as Muslims – because true success lies in growing both as a person and in our Imaan.
